iputils-clockdiff software package provides Measure the time difference between networked computers, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iputils-clockdiff
iputils-clockdiff is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iputils-clockdiff package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iputils-clockdiff *
You will get with iputils-clockdiff package name, version, architecture and description in a table
